The lamb comes from our own free-roaming flock. Fed, to ensure the best quality for you, they are reared on the estate and travel less than 10 miles from birth to plate.

The Highland Cattle are reared on the estate and travel less than 10 miles from birth to plate, this ensures the best quality for you.

Partridges : From Partridge reared on our own estate. Available Oven Ready.
